A couple of miles down Whitaker Mill Rd from the main Five Points intersection takes you to another small shopping area called High Park. In this neighborhood, new townhomes have been built in the last decade and the surrounding homes are being updated or newly built. This neighborhood is conveniently located about halfway between North Hills and Downtown Raleigh, and will be very close to one of the "Coming Soon" neighborhoods dubbed Midtown East (Ironworks, Dock 1053, and East End Market).
